Another day...

I'm not 100% sure I'll post every single day but I am a bit frustrated today.  I am up another 1.9lbs.  Not sure why.  I was super careful yesterday, loaded up on water.  The chicken at lunch was probably loaded with salt (It was Chinese carry out, what they provided),  I wonder if I am retaining water due to that.  I will carefully re-evaluate my food intake and work the detox routine more carefully.  Doing the nutritional shake for Breakfast/Lunch today, so it should be easier.

As for my workout, I did it again today, same length and routine.  When I woke up my legs hurt terribly.  I wasn't sure I could move for a moment, but I did.  Any way to mitigate that?  Maybe pre-bed stretches?  Open for suggestions here?
