What a weekend.  It was really tough, I put in about 40 hours from Friday - Sunday.

Not that it's an excuse, but I blew my detox yesterday,  I simply was working too long under a lot of pressure and ate the Pizza and Pasta as an escape.  I recognize that it wasn't healthy, but it was what I did to cope.  I did avoid the soda temptation and avoided eating candy and other easily available sweets.

I am back on the ball today with the program.  Detoxing my body with that setback.  I am hopeful that all of my progress wasn't lost, as I still did over 4 miles of walking yesterday and have hit 2 today.
